Golearnam is an online learning platform and marketplace built by Kings Digital Group. Students learn from courses taught by tutors, and creators sell digital products such as PDFs, guides and study materials through GoStore. The platform is available in English and French.

Our office is in Buea, Cameroon, and learners join from many countries. Courses are taught online, and some tutors also offer onsite sessions. The course page shows which learning modes it offers and the price of each.

You can browse courses and products without an account. To learn, track your progress and earn certificates you need a free account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

Select Get Started or Sign up, enter your details and confirm your email with the code we send you. It takes a minute and it is free. You can also continue with Google, GitHub or Facebook instead of filling in a form.

Yes. At checkout you just enter your email and confirm it with a verification code, then pay and start learning right away. You can complete your profile and security settings afterwards.

Everyone starts as a student, who can enroll in courses and buy products. A tutor teaches courses and must be approved after applying. A creator sells digital products in GoStore. One account can be both a tutor and a creator, and a team can work together inside an organization.

No. One account can have student, tutor and creator dashboards, and you switch between them from the menu. You do not need to delete your account or create a new one. Deleting an account is permanent and removes everything on it.

Teach if you want to deliver structured lessons, with videos, live sessions, quizzes and certificates, paid in installments. Sell if you already have ready-made material such as a PDF or guide that buyers can access straight away. Courses need an approved tutor application, and both need identity verification before you can publish. You can do both with the same account.

Golearnam is available in English and French. The countries, currencies and payment methods we support are listed on our Supported Countries page, which updates automatically as we grow.

Creating an account and browsing is free. Courses and products are priced by their authors, and some lessons and products are free. If you want to teach or sell, plans and platform fees apply, which you can see on the pricing page.

Most courses are split into installments, each one a bundle of lessons. You pay per installment and its lessons unlock when the payment succeeds. You can pay for several installments at once at checkout, but an earlier installment must be paid before the next one. Some lessons are marked free so you can preview them.

Open the course page, review the price shown for each installment, then select Enroll Now. Because courses can be paid in installments, you can start by paying for the first one and unlock the rest later. The page shows whether online, onsite or both are offered.

Online courses are self-paced and delivered through the course player. Some tutors also offer an onsite, in-person option with its own price, which you choose at checkout. Not every course offers onsite learning.

Online courses include lifetime access to the content of every installment you have paid for, together with a certificate of completion.

Lessons can be videos, PDFs, links or live sessions. Many have a quiz: mark the lesson complete and pass any required quiz before moving on to the next lesson. If you fail a quiz, review the lesson and try again.

Tutors schedule live video sessions for a lesson. Open the session link when it starts, check your camera and microphone, and join. Sessions usually last 40 minutes and end automatically.

Finish all the required lessons and quizzes and your certificate is generated automatically. Download it from the Certificates section of your student dashboard. Anyone can verify a certificate by entering its number on our certificate verification page.

Once you are enrolled, you can message your tutor from the Messages section of your dashboard for one-on-one questions, join their live sessions, and leave a review for the course.

Depending on your country, you can pay with Mobile Money, bank transfer, card, or your Golearnam account balance. With Mobile Money you enter your phone number and approve the prompt that arrives on your phone. See Supported Countries for what is available where you are.

The checkout summary shows the subtotal, any processing fee and the total before you pay, so there are no surprises. The processing fee depends on the payment method and on who covers it, which the seller chooses: the buyer, the seller, or both equally.

Mobile Money approvals can take a few minutes, so check your payment status and your Transactions page first. If it still looks wrong, contact us with your account email and the transaction ID or payment reference, and avoid paying again until we have checked.

It is credit held on your Golearnam account. When it covers the full amount you can choose Account Balance as the payment method at checkout. Your balance and credit history are in your student dashboard.

You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you have completed no more than 25% of the course. Courses marked non-refundable, free or promotional courses, and accounts suspended for violations are excluded. To ask, contact support with your name, account email, the course name and the transaction ID.

Once a refund is approved, card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days and Mobile Money refunds 3 to 7 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider or bank.

The same rules apply, counted from your first installment payment. If a refund is approved, we refund the installments you have already paid and cancel any that have not been charged yet.

Each product shows its own refund window on its page. Creators may offer a longer window than the category minimum, so check it before you buy. If you need help, contact support.

GoStore is our marketplace for digital products made by creators, such as PDFs, guides and study materials. Browse by category or niche, and look for products marked FREE if you want to start at no cost.

Downloadable products can be saved to your device after purchase. Read-only products can only be opened in your browser, so they cannot be downloaded or copied. The product page tells you which type it is.

You get access right after purchase. Everything you have bought is also listed under My Purchases in your student dashboard.

From your student dashboard select Apply to Become a Tutor, or start on the Become a Tutor page. First verify your email and turn on two-factor authentication, then submit your bio, expertise and identity documents. You must be approved before you can create courses. Our team reviews applications within 3 to 5 business days and emails you the result.

You apply with your bio and expertise, and every course is placed in a category that learners can browse. Courses can be taught in different languages. If you are unsure whether your subject fits, contact us before you start and we will point you in the right direction.

Create a draft with a title, description and category, then add installments, each containing lessons (videos, PDFs, links or live sessions) and optional quizzes. Set a price for each installment, plus an onsite price if you teach in person. When you are ready, publish. Your identity must be verified before you can publish.

Open Live Sessions in your tutor dashboard, create a session for a specific lesson, pick the date and time, and optionally announce it to students in chat. Students join with a shareable link, and the session ends automatically after 40 minutes.

Open the Sell page, pick the kind of product you want to sell, and follow the six-step product wizard: basic info, category, price, access mode, refund window and review. Listing is free. Your identity must be verified before you can publish.

You can start the listing and fill in its details first, but to publish you need the file buyers will receive, a thumbnail and gallery images, and a verified identity. Have your file and images ready so you can finish in one sitting.

You can sell digital products that you created or have permission to sell, such as PDFs, guides and study materials. Each subject, level or paper can be its own product, and products can be Downloadable or Read-only.

Your cover image is how buyers find your product, and gallery images show them what is inside. You can add up to three gallery images, each up to 5 MB, such as sample pages or screenshots. Clear previews help buyers decide to purchase.

Yes. You can change the title, description, price and tags at any time. Hiding a product removes it from public listings while buyers who already have the link keep access, and you can show it again whenever you like. The refund window can be longer than the category minimum but never shorter.

Every published course has its own public page at golearnam.com/courses followed by its name, and every product has one under golearnam.com/marketplace. Open the page and copy the address from your browser. Your profile or store also has its own link at golearnam.com followed by your handle, which you can set in your settings.

Published courses and products appear in our marketplace, search and discovery pages, and affiliates can promote the ones you opt in. Sales are never guaranteed, so promote your own content too, since sharing your links is the biggest lever you control.

Admins can suspend products that break platform policy, for example misleading descriptions or prohibited content. You receive an email with the reason, and you can contact support if you think it was a mistake.

A platform fee applies to each sale and depends on the category. Payment processing charges also vary by payment method, and you choose whether the buyer, you or both share them. Use the earnings calculator to see exactly what you would receive per sale.

Earnings first show as pending and move to your available balance after a holding period. You then request a withdrawal to the Mobile Money or bank account you set up. Withdrawals are usually processed within minutes but can take longer depending on the payout method, and any withdrawal charge is shown before you confirm.

Verification protects buyers and unlocks publishing and payouts. You upload the documents required for your country, which takes about three minutes, and most checks finish within one to three business days. Verified sellers get a badge on their profile.

Plans and what they include are listed on the pricing page, and the right one depends on whether you are an individual, a creator or an organization. Upgrades take effect immediately, while a downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period.

An organization is a branded studio or company account where a team teaches courses and sells digital products together. Revenue goes to the organization rather than to individual members.

Any user can create and own one, whether they are a tutor, a creator or both. You do not need a particular role.

Invite collaborators by email and choose what each person may do, such as creating courses, publishing products, viewing finances or managing members. How many members you can add depends on the seats in your plan. Only the owner can delete the organization or change its plan.

Transferring moves ownership to an organization you belong to, so the organization owns and manages the item and its revenue. You keep collaborator access, and we send a code to your email to confirm the transfer because it is a sensitive change.

You get a personal code and link. When someone buys a course or product through it, you earn a commission on that sale. Only listings whose owners have opted in to the program can earn commissions.

Open the affiliate page, enter your details, accept the program rules and verify your identity. Your code starts earning commission once you are verified.

Commissions show as pending and then move to your available balance. Once it passes the minimum transfer amount you can move it to your main balance and withdraw it like any other earnings.

You cannot earn a commission on your own purchases, on content you own, or on fake or colluding sales. Suspended or unverified accounts do not earn commission, and an unusually high refund rate can pause new commissions while we review. Read the full rules before you start.

Yes. In your course or product settings you can opt in, agreeing to pay the commission percentage shown on every affiliate-driven sale. You can opt out at any time.

When you opt a course or product in, you choose the percentage yourself. The form accepts values from 1% to 100% and suggests 15% by default. A higher percentage attracts more affiliates, but remember that you agree to pay it on every affiliate-driven sale.

It is a free sales competition for course creators and GoStore product creators, with separate prizes for courses and for products. Winners are decided by real sales, not by a vote. You can join if you are at least 16, have a verified identity and are in a supported country.

Join the challenge first, then open the course or product in your dashboard and choose Add this course to the challenge, or Add this product to the challenge. You can enter several items and add or remove them until the sales period ends. You can add an item while it is still in setup, but it must be published and purchasable for its sales to count.

Every entry is ranked on its own by the amount buyers actually paid for it during the sales period, after discounts. Refunded and cancelled orders do not count. Courses and products have separate rankings, and one creator can win at most one position per category, so it is your best entry that counts, not the total of all your items. Results are final after the refund windows have passed.

Creators are encouraged to promote their own content, and Golearnam also gives participating items visibility through the platform and its promotional channels. Existing platform traffic may bring some sales, but stronger promotion improves your chances significantly.

Use your email and password, continue with Google, GitHub or Facebook, or sign in with a one-time code sent to your email so you do not need a password at all.

Turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, SMS or email codes in your security settings, and review the devices you trust. Tutors must have two-factor enabled before they can apply.

Use the delete account option in your profile settings. Deleting permanently removes your courses, progress, certificates, purchases, balance, messages and reviews, and it cannot be undone.
