How to Create and Sell a Product on GoStore

Open the Creators menu and go to your Products list, then click "Create Product" (or the + button). This launches the product creation wizard, a guided flow that walks you through every step before your listing goes live.

If this is your first time selling on GoStore, the wizard's first step asks for a store name before anything else, that's the name buyers will see on every product you sell. Type a name and click "Create store and continue". If you already have a store, the wizard skips this step entirely and starts you on product details instead.

Enter your product's name and a description in English, both required. You can add a French name and description too, so French-speaking buyers see a version written for them instead of a translation. Finish with a few tags to help buyers find your product in search.

Pick the category that best fits your product. This decides where buyers browse to find it and sets the minimum refund window your product must offer, and it can't be changed once your product is created, so take a moment here. You can also select up to three subcategories to narrow things down further.

Enter your price. This is the step that actually creates your product as a draft, a summary card shows exactly what you're about to create (name, category, tags, price) before you confirm. Once you click "Create draft and continue", your product exists and you can always find it again in your Products list, even if you don't finish the wizard right away.

This is the first screen after your draft exists, and your progress is now saved automatically. Choose whether buyers download and keep the file, or only view it inside GoLearnam. Then choose who covers the payment processing fee, add an optional compare-at price to show a discount, and set your refund window.

Upload a cover image, buyers see this everywhere your product is listed. Add up to three gallery images to show what's inside. This step is optional for now, you can skip it and come back later, but a cover is required before you can publish.

Upload the file buyers get after they pay, matching whatever access mode you chose earlier. This step is also optional here, but a delivery file is required before you can publish. Depending on your file type, you'll see a quick preview: PDF pages, an audio waveform, or a list of what's inside a ZIP.

The final step summarizes everything: your product details, pricing, showcase, and delivery, each with a link back to fix anything before you go live. A checklist on the right shows exactly what's left before you can publish, including your identity verification status. Once everything is ready, click "Publish", or choose "Save as draft, finish later" if you're not quite done.
